You can delete your Dostt G&B account at any time — in the app, or right here on this page.
In the app
Open Profile → scroll down → Delete account → confirm twice.

Can't receive the code? Write to dostgbofficial@gmail.com from any address with the phone number of the account, and we will verify it's you and delete it within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your login (phone number), name, profile photo, bio and e-mail address.
- For hosts: the public host profile, photos, identity documents, payout details and contact numbers.
- The text of the messages you sent, your follows, likes and blocks, and your notification devices.
What is kept
- Records of payments, coins, calls, gifts and payouts — anonymised (no name, no phone number) and kept only as long as Indian law requires financial records to be kept.
- Reports and bans — so that a banned person cannot simply return.
Coins and diamonds left in your wallet are lost when the account is deleted and cannot be refunded. A withdrawal still being processed must finish first.
